FROM MODULE TO SCREEN
Document the configuration. Test the actual system.
Driver IC, scan mode, receiving-card file, power design and module batch all affect the finished result. WISYU’s project record is intended to keep these elements traceable.
Module test
Dead pixels, color, scan configuration and electrical behavior checked before assembly.
Screen calibration
Brightness and chroma consistency adjusted at screen level where required.
Aging test
Continuous display testing helps expose intermittent faults before shipment.
Final inspection
Appearance, accessories, configuration files and packing list verified.
Export packing
Cabinet protection, moisture control and project labels prepared for transport.
